• Log in to the Subzz Website
  • Follow the Create an Absence Module 
  • Select "Assign a Specific Sub" from the Substitute Preference options

  • Select the substitute from the drop-down list that you want to notify.

 

Then click on NEXT

Enter the additional information needed. You may enter a note for Payroll and Substitute with a maximum of 50 Characters.
You may also upload an Attachment from here.

 

Then click on NEXT

Review the information. If you wish to edit the information, hit BACK. But if you want to continue and post the absence, hit CREATE ABSENCE.
