1. Login to your Subzz Account in the Subzz Website

2.  Click Absences


3.  Schedule an Absence for your Self, Employee or Find a Sub and fill in the required fields.


4.  Click Select Substitute Preference and select "Assign a specific sub" from the dropdown menu.


Select the substitute you want to notify from the list.


5. Click Next 

Enter the additional information needed. You may enter a note for Payroll or to the Substitute with a maximum of 50 characters.
You may also upload an Attachment from here.

Then click on Next, then you can review the information. If you wish to edit the information, hit Back, if you want to continue and assign the absence, hit Create And Assign.
